I think I actually bought the cord cheaper then the shipping. For the price that I paid for the cord. Awesome. Come on. This is a no brainer. Heehee.
Works great for connecting the Roku to our big screen TV for Netflix over the wireless network in our house.
(I bought it for my new media player). The cable itself is study and feels like it was quality built, and when I used it with the media player, there were no issues at all. So as of now I have no complaints, and if anything happens I will update this review, but as it stands now, for the cheap price, this is definitely worth getting over those expensive brands. I got this cable recently, but I had to wait for my other purchase to get in to use it. It works just fine, moving the unit or the wire has no effect on the picture.
Don't buy the more expensive monstercables.these do the exact same thing and work fine.
The differences between this cable and $80+ cables are minimal (or unnoticeable to the majority of the population) at most. and it won't break.
The people complaining are like the women who must have that COACH purse and can't settle for anything else. You won't notice a major difference.
It's like a $30 women's purse from Kohls or a $500 purse from Macy's. People thinking they have "the best" which usually isn't true, it's just more expensive with a big logo on it.
This is a good quality cable, plus it was inexpensive. Don't throw it around, drop it a lot, stomp on it, etc.
It's all a status symbol.
